Installation Instructions – Step by Step

• Installing the Essve Golden Anchor is quick and secure when you follow these simple steps:
• Placement and Drilling: Place the fixture/structural component in position. Drill directly through the fixture down into the concrete using a 16 mm drill bit to a depth of at least 130 mm.
• Cleaning: The hole requires no time-consuming blow-out or vacuuming. Perform only a rough cleaning by moving the drill bit up and down in the hole a few times.
• Hammering in the Anchor: Drive the expansion bolt in with a hammer to the specified installation depth. The impact head protects the threads.
• Torque Tightening: Use a 24 mm socket and a torque wrench. Tighten the flange nut to exactly 120 Nm. This forces the stainless steel clip up onto the tapered section, locking the anchor into the concrete. The installation is complete!
