Installation Instructions – Step by Step

• Position and Drill: Place the wooden or steel component in position. Drill straight through the component and down into the concrete/natural stone. Use a 16 mm hammer drill bit and drill to a depth of at least 130 mm.
• Clear the Drill Hole: You do not need to use a blow-out pump or vacuum cleaner. Instead, pull the drill bit back and forth in the hole a couple of times to remove the coarsest drilling dust.
• Drive in the Expander: Hammer in the Golden Anchor expander until the flange nut sits flush against the fixture and the correct installation depth (117 mm) has been reached. Thanks to the strike head, the threads will not be damaged.
• Torque the Nut: Use a 24 mm socket or torque wrench. Tighten the flange nut to the prescribed tightening torque of 120 Nm. As the nut is tightened, the bolt is forced outward, causing the stainless steel clip to expand forcefully against the hole wall. The installation is complete!
