Installation Instructions (Step-by-Step)

• Placement and Drilling: Place the fixture (e.g., the timber framing or bracket) in the correct position. Drill a hole straight through the fixture and down into the base material using a 16 mm drill bit. Ensure you reach the minimum drilling depth of 70 mm.
• Borehole Cleaning: No advanced blow-cleaning is required. It is sufficient to perform a basic rough cleaning by moving the drill bit up and down in the hole a couple of times.
• Insert the Anchor: Drive the expander bolt into the hole with a hammer until you reach the correct installation depth (embedment depth 65 mm). Thanks to the integrated impact neck, the threads are not damaged during hammering.
• Tightening: Use a 24 mm socket and tighten the flange nut to the prescribed torque of 120 Nm. As the nut is tightened, the bolt is pulled outward, forcing the stainless steel clip to expand powerfully against the borehole wall. The installation is complete!
