Installation Instructions – Step by Step

• Placement and Drilling: Drill bit: 8 mm. Place the fixture (e.g., the stud or bracket) in position. Drill directly through the fixture down into the concrete using an 8 mm drill bit to a drilling depth of at least 70 mm.
• Cleaning: You do not need to use a blow pump. Move the drill bit back and forth in the hole a couple of times to perform a rough cleaning of the drilling debris.
• Hammering In: Protected drive head. Drive the expander screw in with a hammer until the flange nut sits tightly against the fixture. Use the drive pin head to avoid damaging the threads.
• Tightening: Use a 13 mm socket and tighten the nut to the prescribed tightening torque of 23 Nm. This forces the stainless steel clip up onto the tapered section, locking the expander into the concrete. The installation is complete!
