Step-by-Step: Installing Golden Anchor M20

Installing the Essve Golden Anchor is both fast and safe if you follow these simple steps:

• Position and drill: Place the fixture where it is supposed to be attached. Drill a 20 mm hole through the fixture and down into the concrete/natural stone to a depth of at least 150 mm.
• Clear the hole: You do not need to use a blow-out pump. It is sufficient to move the drill bit up and down a few times for a rough cleaning of the drilling debris.
• Drive in the anchor: Drive the Golden Anchor bolt in with a hammer or a mallet to the correct installation depth (embedment depth 139 mm). Strike directly on the impact head to protect the threads.
• Torque the nut: Use a 30 mm socket and a torque wrench. Tighten the flange nut to the prescribed torque of 180 Nm. As the nut is tightened, the bolt is forced upward, causing the stainless steel clip to expand powerfully against the wall of the hole.
