Installation Instructions – Step by Step

Installation is quick and secure because the drill diameter is exactly the same as the bolt diameter.

• Position and Drill: Place the fixture in position. Drill a hole straight through the fixture and down into the base material. Use a 20 mm drill bit and drill to a depth of at least 150 mm.
• Clean the Hole: No advanced blow-cleaning is required. A rough cleaning is sufficient by moving the drill bit up and down in the hole a couple of times.
• Drive in the Anchor: Drive the Golden Anchor expander in with a hammer until it reaches the correct installation depth (embedment depth 139 mm). The impact head protects the threads during this step.
• Torque the Nut: Use a 30 mm socket and tighten the flange nut to the prescribed torque of 180 Nm. As the nut is tightened, the bolt is forced outward, and the stainless steel clip expands permanently into the concrete. The installation is complete!
