Installation Instructions: Step-by-Step

• Placement & Drilling: Position the fixture (e.g., the steel beam) in place. Drill the hole straight through the fixture and down into the concrete using a 20 mm drill bit. Ensure you reach a drilling depth of at least 150 mm.
• Rough Cleaning: You do not need to use a blow-out pump. A rough cleaning of the hole is sufficient by moving the drill bit up and down a few times inside the drilled hole.
• Hammer in the Anchor: Drive the wedge anchor in with a hammer to the correct installation depth (139 mm). Strike directly on the strike head to avoid damaging the threads.
• Torque Tightening: Use a 30 mm socket and a torque wrench. Tighten the flange nut to the prescribed torque of 180 Nm. As the nut is tightened, the bolt is forced upward, and the stainless steel clip expands permanently into the concrete. The installation is complete!
