Description

Keylock metric thread insert. Stainless. Keylock is a unique system for fast and secure fastening of thread inserts where the highest demands are placed on strength. The entire thread insert is made of solid stainless steel. Common standard fine metric thread taps are used when threading the hole. The Keylock system has a unique locking function that makes it impossible for the thread insert to shake or rotate out thanks to the four locking pins that are finally knocked down and cut into the existing threads after the entire thread insert has been screwed in. Easy to dismantle without making the hole larger or destroying the existing threads when the correct drill bit is used depending on the size and causes the entire thread insert to fall into four parts together with the locking pins.
