Hey'di Finspackel Turbo 12.5kg
Description
A cement-based, fast-hardening hand putty used for finishing walls and floors indoors. Hey'di Finspackel Turbo has a smooth consistency, does not slip and is easy to work with. Apply in layer thicknesses from 0-5 mm. Hardens quickly and can be covered with a dense coating after 2 hours. Is dust-reduced.
Areas of use: On substrates such as concrete, plaster, lightweight concrete, tiles, etc. Suitable for finishing floors before floor covering. Can also be used for wound repair of smaller areas (max. 0.5m²) and can then be applied in up to 20 mm thickness. When used in areas exposed to moisture, the putty should be protected with a membrane and tiles or floor covering. Application temperature should be between +10 and +20˚C. The lowest temperature is +6˚C, this also applies to the substrate.
Preparation - Substrate: The substrate must meet the tolerance requirements set for the purpose and the AMA Hus applicable at the time of application. The substrate must be dry, free from loose particles, cement, dust, paint, oil, grease and other contaminants that can reduce adhesion. Cement skin on the surface must be removed mechanically.
Any underfloor heating must be turned off for at least 1 day before filling, and at least 1 day after filling. Can be used without primer on mineral substrates. On wood-based substrates, it should be primed with undiluted Hey’di KZ or with Hey’di Primer Golv, see primer guide. On gypsum, the primer should be diluted, see guide.
Mixing - Application: First pour clean water into the mixing tub, 3.5-3.8 liters to 12.5 kg Hey’di Finspackel Turbo, depending on the desired consistency. Mix with a mixer and whisk. Mixing time approx. 2 minutes to a lump-free mass. Pot life of the mixed mass is approx. 20 minutes at +20 ˚C. Spread on the floor with a flat steel trowel. The filler is normally scraped onto the substrate to achieve a completely smooth surface. On larger depressions, a straight edge can be used to advantage. Grinding can be carried out when the mass has hardened sufficiently, normally within approx. 90 minutes. Tools are cleaned with water.
Drying time - Coating: Can be loaded with light foot traffic after 45-60 minutes and coated after approx. 2 hours. Note! Please note that it is the moisture content of the subfloor that determines when the coating can be glued to Hey’di Finspackel Turbo. Consumption: 1.3 kg Hey’di Finspackel Turbo per mm and m².
