Description

The screw is made of hardened steel with CorrSeal surface treatment, C4. It is equipped with TX-holder/bits. The screw has a fiber cut in the tip, which provides a very low screw-in torque, and minimizes cracking. The head is equipped with four cutting grooves that countersink the screw and leaves a smooth surface without cracks. Essve Decking screw Classic is also available in stainless steel A2 and A4, as well as in a banded version A4. Essve Decking screw Classic meets the CE requirement according to EN14592. Essve CorrSeal surface treatment is type approved by SITAC no. 0075/05.

Essve Decking Screw Classic is intended for mounting decking timber etc. against wooden joists. For exposed environments or structures with a lot of movement, e.g. marine environments, pool areas, fences, railings etc. and when mounting teak-like decking timber such as Cumaru, Kirai and Siberian larch, decking screws of stainless quality are always recommended. When mounting hardwood decking timber, pre-drilling is always recommended.
