Description

The screw is made of hardened steel with CorrSeal surface treatment, C4. It is equipped with TX-holder/bits. The screw has a fiber cut in the tip, which provides a very low screw-in torque and minimizes cracking. The head is equipped with four cutting grooves that countersink the screw and leaves a smooth surface without cracks. For exposed environments or structures with a lot of movement, e.g. marine environments, pool areas, fences, railings, etc. and when installing teak-like decking such as Cumaru, Kirai and Siberian larch, decking screws of stainless quality are always recommended. When installing hardwood decking, pre-drilling is always recommended. Essve deck screw classic is also available in stainless steel A2 and A4, as well as in a banded version A4. Essve deck screw classic meets the CE requirement according to EN14592. Essve CorrSeal surface treatment is type approved by SITAC no. 0075/05.

Essve deck screw classic is intended for mounting decking timber to wooden joists. In exposed environments, e.g. marine, pool, fences or with teak-like wood such as Cumaru or Siberian larch, stainless steel screws are recommended. For hardwood, pre-drilling is recommended. Recommended speed: 400-1200/min.
