Description

The screw is made of stainless steel A4, C5. It is equipped with a TX-holder/bit. The screw has a patented head shape that minimizes chipping and gives a neat end result. On screws that are 70 mm and longer, there is an extra milling thread directly after the regular wood thread, this to facilitate the installation of longer and thicker screws. The head is equipped with cutting grooves that cut the wood fibers and countersink the screw with a smooth surface without spikes. The head also works excellently in countersunk fittings as it does not have protruding ribs. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive countersunk head is also available as bright zinc-plated, with Corrseal surface treatment, and in stainless steel A2. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive meets the CE requirement according to EN14592. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive is registered in the BASTA system and meets the BASTA rating level, see BASTAonline.se for current registration status. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive is intended for most installations in chipboard, wood, plastic, fittings, dowels etc., outdoors in highly exposed environments, e.g. marine. Recommended speed: 400–2000/min.
