Description

The screw is made of tempered steel with Corrseal surface treatment, C4. It is equipped with TX-holder/bits. The screw has a patented head shape that minimizes chipping and gives a neat end result. On screws that are 70 mm and longer, there is an extra milling thread directly after the regular wood thread, this to facilitate the installation of longer and thicker screws. The head is equipped with cutting grooves that cut the wood fibers and countersink the screw with a smooth surface without spikes. The head also works excellently in countersunk fittings as it does not have protruding ribs. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive countersunk head is also available in bright zinc-plated, as well as in stainless steel A2 and A4. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive meets the CE requirement through EN 14592 for dimensions 4.0–5.0 mm and ETA-23/0747 for dimensions 6.0–8.0 mm. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive Corrseal is registered in the BASTA system and meets the BASTA rating level, see BASTAonline.se for current registration status. Essve Wood Screw Essdrive Corrseal is assessed in the Building Product Assessment with the assessment Total Accepted.
