Description

The screw is made of hardened carbon steel with bright zinc plated surface treatment, C1. The screw is equipped with a TX bit holder. The screw has a fiber cut in the tip, which gives it a low screw-in torque in the wood material and minimizes the risk of cracking. The underside of the screw head is smooth, which means that it works to screw in e.g. hinges without damaging the material. Essve fully threaded wood screw HG meets the CE requirement according to EN14592. Essve fully threaded wood screw HG is registered in the BASTA system and meets the BASTA rating level, see BASTAonline.se for current registration status. Essve fully threaded wood screw HG is assessed in the Building Product Assessment with the assessment Total Accepted.

Essve fully threaded wood screw with countersunk head is intended for most installations in wood, chipboard, plywood, plastic, dowels etc. For indoor use. Screws that are 70 mm or longer have a thread of 60 mm (i.e. not fully threaded). Recommended speed: 400-1200/min.
