The clear KASK Visor V2 Plus eye protection is developed to offer a combination of optimal visibility, comfort and safety when using safety helmets from the KASK Superplasma series. Thanks to the smart design with panoramic view, the eyes are effectively protected without limiting the field of vision, and the design also allows for easy use together with your own glasses. The visor is delivered complete with mounting screws that enable a completely tool-free attachment to the helmet.

Optical quality and advanced surface protection

The visor is made of high-quality polycarbonate and belongs to optical class 1. This means that the optical quality is at the highest level, which prevents eye fatigue and makes the visor ideal for long-term and continuous use during the working day. To ensure clear vision in all weather conditions, the surface is equipped with double protective coatings. The outside has a certified class K coating that provides strong protection against scratches, while the inside is equipped with a class N anti-fog coating that effectively prevents condensation and fogging.

Certified protection against mechanical and thermal risks

The KASK Visor V2 Plus meets strict international safety standards such as EN 16321, EN 14458 and ANSI Z87.1. It provides reliable protection against harmful UV radiation without affecting the natural color rendering. The visor is also tested to withstand medium mechanical forces, which includes collisions with a 6 mm steel ball at a speed of up to 80 m/s. This mechanical protection is maintained even in extreme temperature conditions from low -30 °C up to high +50 °C.

Ergonomic design and practical positions

The model is designed to offer maximum ease of use and can be easily adjusted between two fixed positions depending on the situation:

• Down working position: Covers the face and protects the eyes during active work.
• Up transport position: Placed stably on top of the helmet when the protection is not needed.

To further increase comfort, the visor has a soft rubber edge on the top that seals against the helmet and prevents water and raindrops from running down the face. The rounded and soft bottom edge is also designed to be gentle on the skin and minimize chafing.
