Transition Cable Old To New, New Female 0.15m 12V LightsOn

Description

Following changes to the EU standard for 12V connectors in 2018, older and newer LightsOn connectors no longer fit together directly. This 15 cm long transition cable solves the problem, allowing you to complement an existing system (pre-2018) with modern components.

Applications

This adapter features a new female connector and an old male connector, and is designed for the following installations:

• Connecting an older transformer to a new cable system.
• Connecting brand-new LightsOn lights to vacant sockets in an old system.

Connector Identification

• Female Connector (New): Features two round holes.
• Male Connector (Old): Features one flat and one round pin.

System Compatibility Note: For the reverse setup—connecting a new transformer to an old cable system—you should use the Transition New Male cable instead (Art: 5072).
