KASK Superplasma AQ Hi-Viz in fluorescent orange is a ventilated premium helmet designed for professional use in industry, construction, rescue services and environments with a high risk of falls.

The helmet combines maximum comfort with advanced protection against both vertical and rotating impacts. Thanks to the integrated 4-point chin strap, the helmet stays securely in place even in the event of a fall, and the fit is adjusted quickly and easily with one hand via a smooth knob at the back. The Superplasma AQ Hi-Viz is ready for your accessories with built-in mounts for hearing protection, headlamp and visor.

KASK Superplasma AQ meets the strictest safety requirements on the market and combines standards from both industrial and climbing helmets (EN 397 and EN 12492).

Standards according to EN 397 (Industrial Helmets)

Mandatory requirements met:

• Impact absorption: Protects against falling objects (5 kg from a height of 1 meter).
• Penetration: Highest resistance to sharp objects.
• Flame resistance: Self-extinguishing material.
• Safe chin strap: The chin strap remains closed at a tensile force of 15 daN (kg) and opens for safety reasons at the latest at 25 daN (kg) to prevent strangulation.

Voluntary additional requirements met:

• Extreme cold: Approved for work in temperatures down to -30 °C.
• Lateral deformation (LD): Additional protection against lateral crushing.
• Molten Metal (MM): Protects against molten metal splashes.

Impact protection according to EN 12492 (Climbing Helmets)

The helmet is also tested to withstand the rotational and lateral impacts required for work at height:

• All-round impact protection: Approved for front, rear and side impacts (5 kg from a height of 0.5 meters).
• Multi-way penetration: Tested against penetration by multiple sharp objects (2 × 3 kg from a height of 1 meter).
