Self-calibrating detector for wood and metal studs in walls, floors and ceilings, as well as for live AC wires.

Description

Self-calibrating detector for wood and metal studs in walls, floors and ceilings, as well as for live AC wires. Combines sound and light signals to easily locate studs and warn of live wires, with indicators showing both the edge of the stud and when calibration is complete. Self-calibrating with Ready indicator. WireWarning detection of live AC wires up to 51mm deep. Red arrow LEDs show when you are approaching the edge of the stud; EDGE icon when the outer edge is found. Patented “over stud” indication for accurate search. Splash and water resistant.

Two Search Functions:

  • Joint search: wood/metal, down to 19mm
  • Deep joist search: wood/metal, down to 38mm
