Description

LK Single and Double Cast-in Boxes are intended for prefabricated or cast-in-place concrete walls. For double boxes, the pipe exit from the wall is with variable c/c distance from 150-160 mm. Supplied with c/c 150 mm but is easily adjustable to c/c 160 mm. The distance between the boxes in a wall with a waterproofing layer for tap water or heating pipes must be at least 60 mm. The cast-in box comes with an assembly kit for attachment to the wall formwork and an extension neck to be able to mount a sealing collar. See assembly instructions. The accessory LK Mounting fixture concrete 1882328 can be used when two boxes are to be fixed with c/c 150 or 160 mm in a wooden form. If the casting box is to be attached to a steel form, you can contact those who provide the form and see if they have magnets as accessories.

NOTE! After the wall form is dismantled, LK Tool Wall Box UNI/Grip V2, 1882695, should be used to mount the extension neck in the box. Total construction depth of the box is 55 mm. Minimum c/c distance between pipe outlets is 80 mm. Use LK Connection couplings for connection to mixers and taps. LK Casting box is only delivered with PressPex coupling. Please note that connection with LK PAL Universal pipe does not meet the requirements in NT VVS 129 regarding inspection and interchangeability.
