Description

A compact pizza oven that heats up to high temperatures and provides more even heat across the entire baking surface. The dome-shaped roof and integrated heat retention plate form a “HeatLock” – a thermal zone that creates natural heat circulation and keeps the hot air in the oven longer. Equipped with Muurikka UHeat technology, where a U-shaped burner spreads the heat from three directions and means you need to rotate the pizza less often during baking. The pizza oven has a cast aluminum front panel and stands stably on four legs that can be easily folded for easy storage. The spacious interior allows you to bake small to large pizzas.

The heating time to baking temperature is approximately 20 minutes, but may vary depending on weather conditions and ambient temperature. On a hot summer day, heating is faster, while it takes longer in colder weather. The sturdy cordierite pizza stone needs time to heat evenly throughout for the best baking results. The pizza stone can be removed for cleaning. To use the product, a regulator set is required, sold separately.
