Description

LK Manifold Cabinet VVX is intended for use where you want to hide LK Heat Exchanger Package -10 and LK Heating Circuit Manifold up to size VKF-RF 5. LK Manifold Cabinet VVX with its accompanying installation instructions is adapted to the Safe Water Installation Industry Regulations. The cabinet has a tight bottom with rubber pipe penetrations. The cabinet bottom is equipped with a drain fitting, which means that any leakage water is drained to an inspectionable location. The cabinet is made of 1 mm powder-coated steel sheet, RAL 9016. The cabinet is intended for installation built into the wall or externally on the wall. The minimum stud thickness for installation is 145 mm. The cabinet must be installed according to the Safe Water Installation Industry Regulations.

There are different solutions for the frame/door for the cabinet, depending on where the cabinet is installed and the aesthetic requirements. The standard frame/door is made of powder-coated steel sheet, RAL 9016. There are two types of standard frame/door, depending on whether the cabinet is installed inside or outside on an interior wall. When installed outside, the cabinet must also be supplemented with a base to hide pipes between the cabinet and the floor. When installed in rooms with a waterproofing layer on the wall, the cabinet must be supplemented with LK Wet Zone Door Preseal, which is connected to the wall's waterproofing layer. For a discreet / hidden installation of LK cabinets, it is advantageous to use LK Gypsum Door Hidden.

LK Manifold Cabinet VVX is delivered with pipe penetrations, bellows sleeve for drainage, 1.5 meter empty pipe for drainage, drainage bend with outlet plate, cable penetrations for room control, spray protection and installation instructions. LK Heat Exchanger Package is installed on the right side of the cabinet.
