Description

LK Combi Cabinet VS2 Prefab is a combined cabinet intended for underfloor heating and radiators and designed for two-storey buildings where two heating systems are combined with LK Underfloor Heating on the ground floor and radiators on the upper floor. LK Combi Cabinet VS2 Prefab is delivered as a complete unit with mounted LK Manifold Shunt VS2 and a radiator manifold with four radiator circuits upwards including couplings for connecting pipes dim AX16. Underfloor heating manifold and couplings are purchased separately. A maximum of one Heating Circuit Manifold with 10 underfloor heating circuits can be connected in the cabinet

Note! The cabinet is intended for right-hand mounting, i.e. connection to the shunt group is made from the right side of the cabinet, via the cabinet bottom.

The cabinet has a sealed bottom with rubber pipe penetrations. The cabinet bottom is equipped with a drain fitting, which means that any leakage water is drained to an inspectionable location. The cabinet is made of 1 mm powder-coated steel sheet, RAL 9016. The cabinet is intended to be installed either built-in to the wall or externally on the wall. The minimum stud thickness for installation is 95 mm.

There are different solutions for the frame/door for the cabinet, depending on where the cabinet is installed and the aesthetic requirements:

• The standard frame/door is made of powder-coated steel sheet, RAL 9016.
• There are two types of standard frame/door, depending on whether the cabinet is installed internally or externally on an interior wall.
• When installed externally, the cabinet must also be supplemented with a base to hide the pipes between the cabinet and the floor.

When installing in rooms with a waterproofing layer on the wall, the cabinet should be supplemented with LK Wet Zone Cover Preseal, which is connected to the wall's waterproofing layer. For a discreet / hidden installation of LK cabinets, it is advantageous to use LK Gypsum Cover Hidden.

The cabinet is delivered with pipe penetrations, bellows sleeve for drainage, 1.5 meter empty pipe for drainage, drainage bend with outlet plate, cable penetrations for room control, spray protection and installation instructions. The back of the cabinet is equipped with four pre-assembled M8 nuts that can be used for fastening to LK Cabinet Stand when you want to install the cabinet before a concrete slab is cast.
