Description

Frost-proof adhesive for floor tiles - very flexible - can be jointed after approx. 6-8 hours. Hey'di Semifix S2 is a cement-based, flexible, waterproof and frost-resistant adhesive for floor tiles. Semifix S2 provides an easy-to-work tiling mortar that can be easily distributed under the tiles and provides full adhesive coverage and a dense, well-compacted adhesive joint without voids. Hey'di Semfix S2 prevents moisture from penetrating the substrate and precipitation in the joints.

Area Of Application

Can be used for mounting most types of ceramic tiles and natural stone on floors, and generally most large-format tiles. Can be used on heavily loaded floors in trade, industry or homes where flexibility and full adhesive coverage are especially important. Hey'di Semfix S2 provides good safety when gluing outdoors as full adhesive coverage prevents cavities from becoming water-filled which can cause frost bursting. Application temperature should be between +10 °C and +20 °C.

Storage: Store dry. Best performance within 12 months from production date in unopened packaging.

Consumption: Approx. 4-10 kg/m2 depending on tiles and substrate.
