Description

The screw is made of hardened steel with an electrogalvanized surface treatment. It is equipped with a Philips cross recess PH2. The screw has a thicker outer diameter and stem to withstand the forces that can occur when attaching extremely hard boards. It has a drill tip to penetrate the board without cracking it, which means that it also works well in reinforcement joists. The underside of the head has a patented swirl cutter that countersinks the screw without causing dents or burrs. When mounting in wooden joists, it is a little slower than a screw with a sharp tip, but the drill tip is needed to remove board material and minimize cracks and dents in the board.
