Description

Spraytec, ST7-101, is a completely unique MS Polymer glue. Spraytec is sprayed onto the surface with the construction foam gun Spray & Pur Gun. This gives the great advantage that the glue is distributed evenly over a larger surface. This is particularly ideal when gluing floor or ceiling coverings. It adheres to most materials, including XPS and foam plastic, even on damp surfaces. Spraytec is very time-saving compared to traditional floor and contact adhesives. Unlike contact adhesives, it is only necessary to apply glue to one side, which means half the glue consumption. It is possible to adjust the materials after assembly for up to 60 minutes, which also differs from other adhesives and tapes. By adjusting the amount of glue applied, the adhesion strength is also adjusted. A thin layer provides a bond that is easier to remove, such as when replacing carpet tiles. Spraytec is completely free of harmful solvents, phthalates and isocyanates. This results in a product that is safe to use, both outdoors and indoors. On floors, Spraytec is invaluable for bonding various flooring materials, such as vinyl, linoleum, cork and textile tiles. On roofs, it bonds well to the rubber-based roof covering EPDM, as well as underlayment membranes. Spraytec is also used for bonding insulation and acoustic panels and membrane fabrics.
