Description

Essve Pumpbag is an inflatable cushion made of durable reinforced polymer. The strong construction can withstand a pressure capacity of 135kg and a gap width of 2-50mm.

Assembly

• During assembly, the frame is placed in the opening and the four cushions are pumped up between the frame and the wall to fix the frame. After fixing, the position of the frame can be fine-tuned by pumping up the cushions or reducing the air pressure with the valve.
• Place the door or window frame in the opening. The frame should stand on a stable, horizontal surface, use e.g. Essve Leveling Screw. Place a Pumpbag on the upper side of the frame to hold the frame in place.
• Adjust the frame to the correct position. Place a Pumpbag on each side of the frame, at the top edge.
• Remove the Pumpbag from the top edge and place it together with another Pumpbag on each side of the frame, at the bottom edge. Now adjust the frame vertically by adjusting the pressure in the Pumpbag, check with a spirit level.
• Mount the frame with a suitable frame attachment, e.g. Programa frame screw or Indu-Prog frame sleeve.
