Description

The screw is made of stainless acid-resistant steel A4, C5 for very exposed environments. The screw is equipped with PH bracket/bit. Essve facade screws work excellently in, for example, facades of heat-treated or other exclusive wood species, facades with corrosive surface treatment such as iron vitriol and facades on the coast. Stainless screws are always preferable in facades when weather and wind generate movements where unhardened screws are the best choice. The screw is equipped with a fiber cut in the tip to reduce cracking and reduce the screw-in torque. The countersunk head with sealing edge underneath provides a good countersink and seals the hole to prevent moisture from entering the surface treatment.

The choice of screw length should be adapted so that the screw does not penetrate windproof layers. Essve facade screws with countersunk heads are available in a number of colors that suit, for example, the MøreRoyal facade type. They are also available in an unbanded version and with a cylindrical head. Essve facade screws meet the CE requirement according to SS-EN 14592.
