Description

For processing wire end sleeves with or without insulating collar in accordance with DIN 46228, EN 50027. When using crimping pliers in the classic way, there is a risk that the wire end sleeves end up in the pliers at an angle or that they are pressed together incorrectly. With the automatic crimping pliers with hexagonal pressing, unnecessary residues from cable and wire end sleeves can be avoided. It has a large crimping range of 0.08-16 mm² and therefore compactly combines two crimping pliers in one. The crimping pliers can therefore handle a large proportion of the areas of application. Thanks to the hexagonal crimping, small conductor end sleeves are avoided. The insertion aid also provides additional process safety by preventing the synthetic sheath from being compressed. The automatic crimping function means that the pliers are suitable for both empty sleeves (up to 16 mm²) and twin sleeves (up to 10 mm²). In addition, the elastic and shock-absorbing plastic handles ensure that you can work comfortably without getting tired. An integrated lever allows you to interrupt the crimping process manually at any time.
