Description

PUR is a year-round time-saving construction foam with controlled expansion that, when properly dosed, stops expanding when it meets resistance. It expands up to 100% of the applied amount. Where you previously had to foam, put a stamp in the frame, wait for the curing time to end, cut and adjust before you lined around a window, now you can just foam and line and you're done. PUR is delivered with disposable gloves in the lid. It complies with BREEAM-SE emission requirements, can be transported down to -20 °C, applied from -10 °C at all angles - 360 ° and is temperature resistant from -40 °C to +110 °C. Fully cured, PUR has fire class B2, is UV stable and has good chemical resistance, it does not rot. It can be painted over and sanded, and is resistant to ants and other Nordic insects. PUR construction foam has excellent adhesion to most surfaces, except polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE and some synthetic materials. It can be used for jointing and assembly, as well as heat, cold and sound insulation. For example, assembly of doors, windows, panels etc. in plastic, aluminum, wood and iron, filling of walls, joints, cracks and holes, and sealing/insulating of penetrations and openings in walls, ceilings and floors.
