Connection terminal Wago 221 connects flexible conductors from 0.14-4mm², as well as single and stranded conductors from 0.2-4mm². The large conductor cross-section makes it possible to connect different types of conductors and makes it possible to connect conductors with very varying conductor areas. The smaller size means that the connection terminal can be used in confined spaces. The completely transparent housing provides the best safety and reliability in electrical installations. The levers on the Wago 221 require less force to open, which also allows for quick connection of the conductors without tools. The recess on the sides of the terminal prevents it from slipping and provides a better grip and makes it easier to hold the terminal while connecting. The terminal has two test holes; one in the conductor connection direction and one on the opposite side. These test holes make it possible to perform a practical test when the conductor is connected and in different installation environments. The terminal can be used in an ambient temperature of up to 85° C.
