Description

Essve Concrete Screw EUS2 is made of stainless steel A4, C5. It is CE marked through an ETA (Option 1), which makes it approved for installation in both uncracked and cracked concrete. The external thread of the screw tip has welded carbide inserts that easily cut threads in both soft and hard concrete (C20/25–C50/60). Essve Concrete Screw EUS2 is also available with a countersunk head. Essve Concrete Screw EUS2 meets the CE requirement through ETA-22/0440. Essve Concrete Screw EUS2 is assessed in the Construction Product Assessment with the Assessment of Totally Accepted. An impact driver or nut driver is recommended for installation. The concrete screw does not require a pre-tensioning torque to ensure the attachment (unlike, for example, concrete expanders). The final tightening torque applied should not be greater than what is required to hold what is to be fixed in place; stronger tightening is avoided. The ETA approval allows for post-adjustment of the installation with shims. Further information about the installation is provided in the ETA approval.
