Carpenter's hammer Vaughan straight claw with tubular steel handle and patented recoil damping in the form of a hickory plug in the eye with an extension into the handle that increases strength and very effectively absorbs vibrations. The straight claws allow you to both clean and pull out nails near corners and walls and make it easier to both split and pull out wood.

The handle is attached with a carved steel wedge and epoxy glued to the head and also equipped with an impact protection in ABS/nylon plastic at the top under the head that effectively protects the tubular steel handle from being damaged in the event of oblique hits. The handle is ergonomically contoured from grip-friendly PVC for extra comfort and long life. Meets ISO9002 / EN29002 / BS5750Pt2 requirements.
