Description
Bostik Bottom strip is a profiled strip made of polyethylene foam with completely closed cells. It is supplied in the following dimensions: 10, 13, 16, 20, 24 and 30 Ø. The cut surface of the profile reduces the risk of air bubbles in the joint compound, which otherwise often occurs when the profile with surface skin is damaged during installation. Bostik Bottom strip is resistant to alkaline moisture and most chemicals. The closed cell construction provides very low absorption of moisture or water. The profile has very good thermal insulation properties, which provides less heat loss in the joint and contributes to a dry joint with a long service life. Bostik Bottom strip is intended to be used as a bottom material and drive strip in movement joints.
