Base plate is used to attach snow protection, roof bridge, ridge and roof foot railing and roof hatch guardrail, to the underlay roof. The base plate is used on underlay roofs made of raw tongue and groove/plywood and cardboard. The plate is screwed with 10 stainless steel screws 6x35mm (art no. 136090). The raw tongue and groove must be at least 17mm and plywood 12mm. For light false ceilings, the Carrier Lath Bracket is used, see separate product sheet. An angled bracket is mounted on the base plate that is adapted to the side overlap, the groove edge, between 2 panels. On the footplate, the height is changed with 2 bolts and nuts between 1- and 2-cup design.

The brackets are available in brick red and black lacquered, as well as in a hot-dip galvanized version. The lacquered products are first hot-dip galvanized and then powder coated. For the best fit, the groove edge on the panels should be sanded to make room for the bracket. Both options are type approved for mounting roof safety and thus adapted for attaching a safety rope.
