Anchor Mass ECM 300ml Essve

Description

Anchor mass ECM is a 2-component mass consisting of polyester resin, hardener and quartz sand. The products are both styrene and phthalate-free. Empty packaging is sorted as plastic. Essve Anchor mass ECM meets the CE requirement through ETA-18/0639 and ETA-18/0638. Essve Anchor mass ECM is assessed in Sunda Hus with assessment B. The mixture of mass and hardener takes place in the specially designed mixing nozzle. Correctly mixed anchor mass should have a light gray color. Anchor mass ECM is available in three sizes 165 ml, 300 ml and 420 ml. ECM 165 ml and ECM 300 ml are used together with a standard cartridge syringe when applied. For ECM 420 ml, use Essve Cartridge Spray 400 ml. The drill hole must always be brushed out and blown clean before applying the anchoring compound. The function of the anchoring compound is based on adhesion to the surrounding material, so it is very important to always follow the installation instructions found in the ETA approval. All loose concrete dust and drill cuttings must be carefully brushed and blown away, otherwise you risk impairing the load-bearing capacity and safety of the attachment. When installing in hollow brick material, Essve Perfohylsa should be used, either cuttable in 1-meter lengths or a ready-made Perfohylsa. The Perfohylsa is available in three sizes, suitable for M8-M16 bolts, see also Accessories Kemankarmasor. When using Perfohylsa, the entire sleeve should be filled with compound; then press and twist the bolt in and let it harden.
